Prince Philip No More, dies at 99

Bhubaneswar: Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh and husband of Queen Elizabeth-II, passed away, confirmed by the Royal Family today.
“His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle,” The Royal family announced. “Further announcements will be made in due course. The Royal Family join with people around the world in mourning his loss.”
It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen has announced the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

The Duke of Edinburgh breathed his last at age of 99. He had recently spent several weeks in hospital. He had undergone a heart procedure earlier this year.
Prince Philip was living in Britain and joining the Royal Navy in 1939, he married Princess Elizabeth in 1947, five years before she became the Queen.
