Sensex Soars Over 2,100 Points, Nifty Gains Nearly 600

Indian stock markets witnessed a strong rally on Thursday, with benchmark indices registering significant gains during the final hour of trading.

The BSE Sensex jumped 2,105 points to reach 79,407, while the NSE Nifty climbed 596 points to 24,556, marking gains of nearly 2.5 per cent in the domestic equity market, according to the latest trading figures.
