Semester Examinations At NIT-Rourkela To be Conducted Online

Rourkela(Reporters Today Bureau): The National Institute of Technology (NIT)- Rourkela has decided to conduct their imminent semester examinations online due to wake of the resurgence in the Coronavirus pandemic

In a notification, the NIT-Rourkela stated the institute will not be responsible for any kind of internet problem to appear in end-semester exams in online mode. The schedule of the examination will be informed to students in advance.

During a meeting of NIT-Rourkela’s Senate decided to allow students to leave hostels in a week.

Earlier, a notification issued stating that semester examinations in offline mode will be held in two phases from April 5 to July 29.

A total of four Covid-19 cases have been detected in the institute this month.
