Be Alert: Stricter Parking Advisory Issued by Commissionerate Police

Bhubaneswar (Adarsh Rout): Tightening noose for unauthorized parking in Bhubaneswar, the Commissionerate Police Cuttack-Bhubaneswar today issued stricter advisory relating to parking system.

People of the smart city have been informed not to park their vehicles on congested area or road. Commissionerate Police advised them to park vehicles at designated parking areas or away from the main road.

Violation of the order is a punishable offence and to levied a fine of Rs. 500. As per the advisory, violators will also bear the vehicle towing cost, besides any other penalty.

In the first phase, the law will strictly be implemented on the following stretches:

• Rajbhawan Chowk to Kalarahanga Chowk
• Airport to NALCO Chowk
• Sishu Bhawan Chowk to Vanivihar
• Rasulgarh Chowk to Jaydev Vihar
• Sriya chhak to PHD office
• Bapujinagar
