Over eight shops gutted in massive fire at market complex in Balangir

Balangir: At least eight shops burnt to ashes after a massive fire broke out at the market complex in Gandhinagar Pada of Odisha’s Balangir district.

As per reports, the shops were located at the market complex situated in front of the National Highway office.

It’s reported that a huge loss of property took place due to the quick and devastating spread of the flame.

On being informed, fire fighters were immediately pressed into service to control the blaze.

The reason of the fire is suspected to be due to some short circuit.

However, no loss of life has been reported.

The cause of fire will be investigated once the operations are concluded.
