Odisha Govt Transfers Three Senior OAS Officers
The Government of Odisha issued transfer orders for three senior OAS officers, directing their controlling authorities to relieve them within two days.
The notification stated that officers failing to comply would be deemed centrally relieved from June 19, 2026.
- Subodh Ch. Acharya, OAS (S), Chief General Manager of OSDMA, Bhubaneswar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Jharsuguda.
- Basanta Kumar Sethi, OAS (S), Joint Secretary, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, has been transferred and posted as Regional Manager, Regional Industrial Centre, Berhampur.
- Sarat Majhi, OAS Gr.A (SB), Additional Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Sub-Collector, Koraput.
