Capital in Danger: Girl Student Shot At in Daylight

(Adarsh Rout) Bhubaneswar:  In a shocking incident, a college girl student was shot at by two unidentified miscreants near Goel Campus under Infocity police station here today.

The injured girl identified as Sonali Das, a Student of National Institute of Fashion Technology and a resident of Balasore sustained bullet injuries in both of her thighs, was rushed to a private hospital for immediate treatment. However, the reason behind the firing is yet to be ascertained.

As per reports, the girl is studying fashion designing in the smart city. This afternoon, two miscreants came and opened fire at her in presence of her male friend before fleeing the spot.
