Five Dead in Sundargarh Group Clash Over Extramarital Affair

In a tragic incident in Sundargarh, Odisha, a violent clash between two groups has resulted in the deaths of five people, including three women. The altercation occurred in the Gitapada area of Karamdihi, reportedly over an extramarital affair.

According to sources, five people lost their lives, and five others were injured. The injured have been admitted to Sundargarh District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for treatment. Western Range DIG and the Sundargarh SP have arrived at the scene as tensions continue in the area.

The clash reportedly took place around midnight, with victims allegedly attacked with knives and rods. The police have deployed a large force to maintain order and are actively investigating the incident.
