BPUT Creates History Again: Declares Exam Results Within 2 Days
In a remarkable display of efficiency and student‑centric administration, Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) has once again created history by announcing the even‑semester examination results for 2025‑26 just two days after the exams concluded.
The examinations for B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Pharm, BCA, BBA, M.Sc, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA courses ran from April 29 to June 8 across affiliated institutions. A total of 93,362 students appeared, and 1,541 registered faculty members digitally evaluated 5,09,515 answer scripts through 52 nodal centres statewide.
Under the leadership of Vice‑Chancellor Prof. Amiya Kumar Rath, the Examination Board met on June 10 to review and approve the results. The university officially released them the same evening, repeating its record‑setting performance from the previous odd‑semester phase.
Earlier, BPUT’s rapid result declaration earned recognition in the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records, marking national and international acclaim.
