Sundergarh: 1 Killed & 2 Injured in Television Blast

Sundergarh (Pramit Pramathes): In a tragic incident a woman was killed and her husband and daughter were severely injured in a Television blast at her residence in Lahandabuda village in Sundergarh last night.

The perished has been identified as Babi Naik. The injured are, Dileswar Naik and minor daughter.

The accident took place last night while the family was busy in watching TV and faced the explosion due to some kind of electric malfunction. As the TV set went off due to the short circuit.

Neighbours of the family rushed to the spot hearing the sound of the TV explosion and rescued the family from the scene. Later, the trio was rushed to district hospital, where Babi died under treatment. Further reports awaited.
