Over 1,400 New Corona Cases in 24 Hours; India’s Tally Crosses 21,000

New Delhi: More than 1,400 new cases of the novel Coronavirus in the last 24 hours, ending this morning, have taken India’s tally over the 21,000-mark. The death toll due to Covid-19 in India has climbed to 681 after India registered 41 deaths in 24 hours.

As per the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s updated figures on Thursday morning, there are currently over 16,400 active cases of coronavirus in India while more than 4,000 people have been either cured or discharged.
