IMFA Donates Rs 1 Crore to Odisha CMRF for Flood Relief Efforts

Bhubaneswar: Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has extended financial assistance of Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to support relief efforts for people affected by the ongoing floods in Odisha.

IMFA Managing Director Subhrakant Panda handed over the donation cheque to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Loka Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar on Thursday.

The contribution comes as several parts of the state continue to face the impact of heavy rainfall, flooding and rising water levels, leaving communities struggling with disruption to daily life and livelihoods.

Through the donation, IMFA has joined the state government’s efforts to provide emergency assistance and rehabilitation support to people affected by the natural calamity.

The Rs 1-crore contribution reflects the company’s support for flood-hit communities and its commitment to extending assistance during times of crisis.
