Arjun Bijlani shuts down dating rumours with Mouni Roy

Mumbai: Arjun Bijlani, has strongly refuted reports suggesting he is in a relationship with actress Mouni Roy, with whom he was spotted out for dinner.

These reports began to spread when a paparazzi page posted a video of the duo with a caption about their relationship.

Arjun released a statement on social media regarding the rumors: “Me and Mouni have been good friends for the past 15 years plus and don’t every friendship has to be given a romantic spin.

The actor then called out “clickbait” pages for circulating unverified  news and emphasized that support among friends shouldn’t be twisted

“Just because friends stand for each other doesn’t mean you should turn it into something else. So have the maturity to show reality to the people instead of twisting things up,” he added.

His statement was met with applause from many industry colleagues and fans who voiced their agreement that such news should be investigated further.
