1 Lakh Sanctioned By Odisha Govt. For  Treatment  Of Singer Tapu Mishra

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): One lakh has been sanctioned by the Odisha Culture Department in favor of popular singer Tapu Mishra for her treatment.

The health condition of Tapu who has tested positive for COVID-19 recently and undergoing treatment at a private hospital has deteriorated after which she needs to be shifted to Kolkata or Chennai for advanced treatment.

The family of the singer had wanted support from the people for her treatment.

Noteworthy, her father had died of COVID-19 on May 10 this year.
