Worker found dead near hotel close to Taratarini temple

Ganjam: The body of man was recovered in Odisha’s Ganjam district under mysterious circumstances on Wednesday morning.

The man was found dead next to Hotel Lakshmipriya, near the Taratarini Temple under Purushottampur police station limits.

According to reports, the deceased was identified as Manoj Swain, a resident of Puri.

Sources revealed that Manoj had come to conduct the repair work of the ropeway to Taratarini Temple, along with two other workers and was staying at Hotel Lakshmipriya from June 28.

The deceased’s body was found next to the hotel, although the cause of his death is not yet clear.

On receiving information, Police arrived on the site, seized the body and initiated an investigation into the matter.
