Sarat takes charge of PCC

Bhubaneswar, June 10(Reporters Today Bureau): Senior Congress Leader Sarat Patnaik on Friday formally took charge of the Pradesh Congress Committee here at a function.

Patnaik was recently appointed president of the State PCC.

Patnaik sought the cooperation of the party workers to reclaim the lost glory of the party and not lose heart over the rise of BJP and BJD in State.

Notably, Congress in Odisha has been out of power for the past 23 years.
