PM Modi to Attend Odisha BJP Govt’s 1st Anniversary on June 20

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Odisha on June 20 to attend a grand public event marking the first anniversary of the BJP-led state government. The mega celebration will take place at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar.

Originally planned for June 12, the event was rescheduled following confirmation from the Prime Minister’s Office regarding Modi’s availability on the new date.

To ensure the smooth execution of the high-profile function, the Odisha government will deploy 60 Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers.

During a recent visit to New Delhi, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi personally extended invitations to Prime Minister Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, BJP National President JP Nadda, and several other Union ministers and senior party leaders.

The celebration is expected to showcase the achievements of the BJP government in Odisha over the past year and project its roadmap for the future.
