OPSC declares OCS Preliminary 2025 results; 5,690 candidates qualify for Main exam

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday published the results of the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Preliminary Examination-2025, paving the way for 5,690 aspirants to appear for the next stage of the state civil services recruitment.

Among those who have qualified for the Main (Written) Examination are 1,905 women candidates, according to the Commission.

The preliminary examination was conducted on June 7, 2026, across designated centres in the state. OPSC has uploaded the roll numbers of all successful candidates on its official website.

The Commission has tentatively scheduled the OCS Main (Written) Examination for October 2026. However, the exact dates, examination programme and other guidelines will be announced through a separate notification in due course.

Candidates who have cleared the preliminary stage have been advised to keep a close watch on the OPSC website for the latest updates regarding the Main examination, including the detailed schedule and important instructions.

The declaration of the preliminary results marks the completion of the first phase of the Odisha Civil Services recruitment process, with qualified candidates now preparing for the crucial written examination later this year.
