Odisha vigilance raids 4 locations linked to VIMSAR official in DA case

Sambalpur: The Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday have conducted raid at four locations of Dhanurdhar Biswal, Establishment officer cum office superintendent of VIMSAR, Burla on allegations of possessing disproportionate assets (DA).

Acting on a complaint, Vigilance teams led by two Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), five Inspectors, three Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), and other supporting staff carried out the raids this morning after obtaining search warrants from the Special Vigilance Judge, Sambalpur.

The searches are being conducted at following four places in Sambalpur district.

1. Residential double-storeyed building of Sri Biswal at Dhankauda, Sambalpur.

2. One building at Gudesinga, Sambalpur.

3.Govt.quarter at Medical Staff Colony, VIMSAR, Burla.

4. Office chamber of Sri Dhanurdhar Biswal located at O/o. Supdt., VIMSAR, Burla, Sambalpur.
