New born baby boy found abandoned by road side in Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: A new born baby was found abandoned near the Rameswarpur overbridge in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district on Monday. The dead body of the baby was found inside a plastic bag.

It is being speculated that someone left the baby their with the intention of abandoning it.

The locals spotted the baby boy and informed the town police about the incident.

On receiving information about the baby, the police reached the spot and seized the dead body. The body has been sent to the District Headquarters Hospital in an ambulance.
