First Monthly Cluster Level Meeting to be held on July 4

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government today reportedly directed all DEO-cum-DPCs, Samagra Shiksha, to conduct the first monthly Cluster Level Meeting on July 4 across the State.
As per the letter to all DEO-cum-DPCs, Ananya Das, the State Project Director of Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA), said that the First Monthly Cluster Level Meeting to be held on July 4.
The aim of the meeting is to create a platform for teachers’ professional development and peer learning at the cluster level. In the AY 2026-27, all MCMs shall be driven by student learning outcomes, with Sikshan Sopan as the principal tool for gap identification, remediation planning, and progress tracking.
The discussion points and the handouts in PPT format communicated by TE & SCERT along with detailed guideline of MCM are enclosed herewith for reference.
The duration of the meeting will be for six hours i.e. from 10 AM to 4 PM. All the Headmasters along with one FLN grade teacher of Govt. schools having Elementary Grades (I-VIII) will attend the meeting.
In case of schools with two teachers any one teacher will attend the meeting. As decided, the meeting expenditure is Rs.80 /- (Tea & Lunch) and Rs.50/- (Contingency) per participant per meeting. The contingency amount will be spent for photocopying the handout, purchase of contingency materials towards preparation of TLM etc. as per OSEPA approved norm.
The amount will be booked under FLN – Capacity building of Teachers from Grades I to V (C6779) under Samagra Shiksha budget 2026-27. Limit fixation for the said programme is under process.
The all DEO-cum-DPCs have been requested to coordinate with DIET and take necessary steps for smooth conduct of 1 Monthly Cluster-Level Meeting on the scheduled date and time. Prior to the meeting, orientation of CRCC is to be ensured.
All monitoring and feedback forms will be submitted exclusively on the NIPUN Odisha App. No Google Forms or KoboToolbox is to be used.
