Cold Wave Grips Odisha

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): With cold wave took several parts across Odisha to its grip, six places today recorded minimum temperature below 15 degree Celsius.
Daringbadi, known as the Kashmir of Odisha, was the coldest with the lowest temperature of 11 degree Celsius. The other stations that recorded below 15 degree Celsius are Phulbani (13.2), Titilagarh (14.5), Jharsuguda (14.6), Kendujhar (14.8) and Subarnapur (14.9). Twin City Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded the minimum temperature of 18.5 and 18.4 degree Celsius, respectively.
The Regional Met Centre predicted that cold wave may ease as the temperature is likely to rise by two to three degree Celsius after 24 hours.
