CM Majhi Meets Rajnath Singh, Presents Odisha Vision 2036 | 2047

New Delhi: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who is currently on an official visit to the national capital, met Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday in a courtesy call that also featured key discussions on national security and Odisha’s development roadmap.

During the meeting, the two leaders exchanged views on India’s defence preparedness, and also explored ways to strengthen Odisha’s strategic development initiatives in alignment with national priorities.

In a significant move, CM Majhi presented the “Odisha Vision 2036 | 2047” document to the Defence Minister. The roadmap outlines the state’s long-term developmental strategies as it prepares to mark 100 years of its formation in 2036 and align with India’s centenary of independence in 2047.

The Chief Minister later shared the update on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the collaborative spirit of the meeting and Odisha’s commitment to national growth.
