Bear Attack in Nabarangpur: 1 Killed

Reporters Today, Nabarangpur: A 70-year-old woman died in bear attack in Nabarangpur district.

The incident took place at Sindhiguda forest under Nandahandi block in the district. The deceased has been identified as Gori Amanatya.

The elderly woman went to the forest three days ago and didn’t came back.  Lastly, the woman’s body was found at the forest today while a bear was spotted near it.

Forest officials then reached the spot and tried to ward off the bear for recovering the body.
