Autocracy of Behera & Co in OCA

Cuttack (Reporters Today Bureau): The Barabati stadium of Silver City Cuttack witnessed a high voltage T20 match between India and South Africa last Sunday. As we all know the mismanagement of tickets selling and pass distributions which put Odisha Cricket Association in a dock.

Whats going on there. Unnecessary persons got VIP passes. And the men in queue for ticket got police sticks. Is Sanjay Behera capable to handle the management or father (Ashirbad Behera)-son duo think that the OCA belongs to their family and they can do what they want.

One person named Ashritaa Sahoo got the VIP Pass with “MLA CREW, Volunteer and Journalist” at a time. What is this. Can the OCA clarify who the lady is and with which news organization she works. Apart from this incident the stadium gallery was crossed its limit with valid passes and tickets. How is it possible. How the association sold extra tickets beyond its strength.

In another incident a man named Biswajit Mishra got the pass with “BJD volunteer”. What is this now? Was it a cricket match or a political meeting? The above incidents are just for example. Many more passes provided by the OCA was baseless and politically mobilized. No media passes have been provided to eligible media persons of the State. The media passes have been mis-utilised. We all want a clarification from the association and also from the secretary for such type of black deeds.
