ASI Suspended for Attacking IIC

Berhampur: A woman Assistant Sub Inspector was suspended for allegedly attacking the Inspector In Charge of Pattapur police station in Ganjam district.

According to reports, ASI Pritimanjari Gadnayak and her better half had attacked IIC Ajay Barik last night over a dispute in official duties.

The IIC alleged that the husband-wife duo tried to kill him by strangling his neck. A case was registered in the row.
