Admit the Truth Mr. Dibyashankar

Bhubaneswar (Surjit Kumar Dhal): The Odisha govt led by Mr Naveen Patnaik regularly claims that the investments for business plans are increasing day by day. In 2018 the CM announced about four lakh crore investment. If the investments are such high then why the State administration not able to give works to local laborers? The migrant laborers, who came Odisha in the first lockdown period, have returned to their work places.

The question arising here is, if our state has four lakh crore investments then why the Odia laborer left their natives and state for income. In a recent report on ‘Is of Doing Business’, Odisha slips from rank 14 to rank 34. The MSME minister and legislator of Junagarh, Captain Dibyashankar Mishra disagreed about the business repot. Another question arising here is when the above report showed Odisha’s rank at 14 then it was true, but when it shows 34 rank the Minister disagreed with it. What is going on here? Allegation comes from various parts of Odisha that, the MGNREGS works are being conducted by machines. If MGNREGS works are done by machines then what about labor empowerment in our state.

According to a Sanskrit quote, If the State or Country is on the wrong way, then all responsibilities go to the King and Co. Here, if our state not able to give jobs and works to local laborers then our state head (King) and Concern Ministers and officers (Co.) are responsible.
