Schools reopen as summer vacation ends in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The schools across Khordha district including capital city Bhubaneswar has reopened following the end of the summer vacation in Odisha today that is on Thursday.
The schools will be opened during the normal classes time from 10am in the morning till 4pm in the afternoon from today.
Keeping in mind the health of the students, the schools in several other districts will be having morning classes to protect children from high heat.
The school authorities have been instructed to make arrangements for drinking water, ventilation and other facilities in classes and in the premises.
Meanwhile, the summer vacation has been extended till June 20 in Subarnapur sitrict. However, as June 21 falls on a Sunday, the schools will officially reopen on June 22 in the district.
