LIC Officers’ Welfare Issues Discussed with Top Management

Mumbai: Shri R. Doraiswamy, CEO and Managing Director of LIC of India, along with the top management team, held a meeting last week with representatives of the Federation of LIC Class-I Officers’ Associations.

The discussions were conducted in the presence of the Federation Chairman and focused on various issues concerning the welfare of LIC Class-I Officers and pensioners. Matters related to pending demands, service conditions, and welfare measures were discussed during the meeting.

According to the Federation, the discussions were constructive and cordial. The LIC management assured the representatives that the pending concerns raised during the meeting would receive sympathetic consideration.

The meeting is being seen as an important step towards addressing long-pending issues affecting officers and pensioners of the organisation.
