Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court has granted interim protection to singer Arpita Choudhury and Somesh Satpathy in the Humane Sagar death case.

As per the reports, after hearing of the anticipatory bail petition by Arpita Chodhury and Somesh Satpathy, the High Court directed the State Government to submit the case diary. The Court also issued a directive that Humane Sagar’s mother Sephali Suna, who has lodged complaint in the matter, be made a party in the case.

The court has further directed the Commissionerate Police not to take any action against Arpita and Somesh till the next hearing.

The next hearing of the case will be held on February 16.
