Suryakumar Yadav Meets PM Modi Ahead Of Diwali, Calls It ‘Heartwarming Moment’

New Delhi: Indian T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with his family ahead of Diwali, describing the interaction as a “blessed and heartwarming moment”.

Sharing glimpses of the meeting on social media, Yadav expressed gratitude and said the interaction was a reminder of India’s rich culture, traditions and shared values. He also extended Diwali greetings to everyone.

During the meeting, Yadav was seen wearing his gold medal from India’s 2026 T20 World Cup triumph. PM Modi was also seen interacting with the cricketer’s children.

The meeting comes after Yadav led India to the T20 World Cup title, adding to his achievements as captain.
