Prasanna Acharya Tested Positive For Coronavirus

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Rajya Sabha member from Odisha, Prasanna Acharya, has tested positive for deadly Coronavirus, his family source informed.

The Biju Janata Dal MP has been admitted to the Vikash Hospital on Friday evening in Bargarh district after he was diagnosed with Coronavirus.

His family said that the parliamentarian had returned to Bhubaneswar from Delhi on October 14. On his way back to home district Bargarh from Bhubaneswar, he suffered from mild fever following which he underwent RT-PCR test that detected positive for COVID-19.
