OPSC Civil Services Exam 2024 Results Declared; 200 Candidates Qualify

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Tuesday declared the results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024, with 200 candidates successfully qualifying for recruitment to various state civil services posts.
Among the successful candidates, 78 are women, according to the commission.

Bubun Sahoo secured the top rank in the examination, while Sovna Mohanty and Jitamitra Sahu secured the second and third positions respectively. Kanak Jain stood fourth, followed by Sangram Pradhan in fifth place.
Aman Goyal secured the sixth rank, Santanu Kumar Satapathy ranked seventh, Nitesh Kumar Barik eighth, Seetal Patra ninth, and Itishree Jena tenth.
The commission stated that the top 10 rank holders include four women and six men.
The OPSC has recommended all 200 qualified candidates to the Odisha government for appointment.
The recruitment process was conducted based on the Main written examination held between January 31 and February 10, 2026, followed by personality tests conducted from May 14 to May 20, 2026.
