IndiGo Adds Daily Bhubaneswar-Pune Flight

IndiGo will launch a new daily non-stop flight connecting Bhubaneswar’s Biju Patnaik International Airport with Pune from October 25, offering passengers an additional travel option between the two cities.
The service will be operated with an Airbus A320 aircraft. With Pune added to its network, IndiGo will now offer direct connectivity from Bhubaneswar to 15 destinations.
Pune Gets Second Direct Option
The new IndiGo service will give passengers a second direct flight option between Bhubaneswar and Pune. Air India Express is already operating a service on the route.

Airport officials said the Pune flight is the only major addition under the winter schedule so far. Several destinations that were discontinued during the summer schedule are yet to see their services restored.
Bhubaneswar Connected to 21 Destinations
Bhubaneswar’s air connectivity had dropped from 30 destinations to 19 during the summer schedule. Following the resumption of flights to Jharsuguda and Dubai, the airport is currently connected to 21 destinations.
