Doval, Han Zheng Discuss Border Peace

National Security Advisor and India’s Special Representative for the India-China Boundary Question, Ajit Doval, met Chinese Vice President Han Zheng in Beijing today.
The meeting took place ahead of the 25th round of talks between the Special Representatives of India and China on the boundary issue.

According to the Indian Embassy in Beijing, the two sides discussed measures to maintain peace and tranquillity along the border areas. They also explored ways to further strengthen bilateral relations in economic, political and multilateral spheres.

The discussions were held in line with the understanding reached between the leaders of India and China.
