AI Increasingly Part of Daily Life: Pralhad Joshi

Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi has said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday life. Speaking at the 66th Foundation Day celebrations of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) in New Delhi, Joshi noted that even school students are using AI for education and daily tasks.

He called for textbooks and curricula to be updated in line with rapid technological advancements. The Minister said this would enable students to better understand AI and use the technology confidently, responsibly and effectively
