Chhenapoda Dibasa Celebrated in Bengaluru

Bhubaneswar/ Bengaluru (Reporters Today Bureau): Odias in Bengaluru joined the celebration of the maiden Chhenapoda Dibasa  celebration at the Shree Jagannatha Temple, Peeniya, Bengaluru. The event was planned and initiated by Chhapan Bhog Sweets Bengaluru  in association with the Utkal Samaj Foundation,  Bangalore Odia Samaj & Odita Trust.

Members from different voluntary organisations as well as devotees were also present. The Chhenapoda was prepared in the same traditional way and by using the same ingredients like “Chaula Chuna” (instead of Sooji) just as used to be prepared by late Sudarshan Sahu.

Guests were full of praise for the authentic and rich Chhenapoda.  Speakers shared about Chhenapoda history, memories and experience.
