Pradeep Maharathy’s Brother Succumbs to COVID-19

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): Former Odisha minister and late legislator Pradeep Maharathy’s brother Pranaya Maharathy died of COVID-19 at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar, this morning, family sources said. He was 64.

Pranaya Maharathy had tested positive for the virus, a few days ago and was later admitted to the hospital. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the healthcare facility.

His brother Pradeep Maharathy had in October, last year succumbed to the hazardous disease.
