COVID Scare: 17 More College Students Found Positive

Cuttack (Reporters Today Bureau): A total Seventeen more students of a private college in Cuttack tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday. Earlier on 17  March, 12 students of them were found positive for Coronavirus and then the next day on 18 March 13 students of the college tested positive for the virus.

With this, 42 positive cases from the same institute reported so far in the last three days raising a major cause of concern. The college has been closed for 10days by Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and all the infected students have been quarantined in the college hostel

Contact tracing and follow-up action of the infected students will be carried out today. Further details awaited.
