Free bus service for NEET (UG) re-examination candidates in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has announced free bus service for candidates appearing in the NEET (UG) re-examination to ensure hassle-free travel to examination centres across the state.
The directive has been issued by the Commerce and Transport Department.
The Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has been asked to provide free transportation facilities to eligible candidates. Students can avail themselves of the service by presenting their NEET (UG) admit cards while travelling on OSRTC buses.
This initiative has been taken so that students can travel conveniently and on time, reducing travel-related stress on the day of the examination.
The places where free bus services are available are – Angul, Balangir, Balasore, Baripada, Brahmapur, Bhadrak, Jharsuguda, Kendrapara, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Bhabanipata, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Jaipur, Koraput, Malkangiri, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Phulbani, Puri, Rairangpur, Sambalpur, Rourkela and Paralakhemundi. The places have been fully prepared for the examination.
The NEET (UG) re-examination is scheduled to be held on June 21. According to official information, as many as 56,983 candidates are expected to appear for the test at 134 examination centres across Odisha.
