President Droupadi Murmu and PM Narendra Modi to visit Odisha

Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi  have agreed to attend the program to be organized at Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj district on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of BJP government on June 20. A high-level meeting was held today at Lok Seva Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi for the successful implementation of this program.

In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the officials present to make security arrangements at the program venue, facilities for the common people attending the meeting, and adequate parking arrangements. Since both the President and the Prime Minister are attending the program, the Chief Minister has emphasized the importance of organizing the program smoothly and has directed to pay special attention to it.

It was informed from the meeting that many important projects for Odisha are scheduled to be inaugurated and laid the foundation stone by the President and the Prime Minister on this occasion.

The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Development Commissioner D.K. Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Hemant Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Shashwat Mishra were prominently present.
