Severe Cold Wave Intensifies in Odisha

Reporters Today, Bhubaneswar: With the minimum temperature continued to decrease across Odisha, near about 11 areas stood below 10 degree Celsius in last 24 hours.

Subarnapur and Phulbani recorded the minimum temperature of 6 degree Celsius. The cold wave conditions also continued in Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Talcher, Bhawanipatna and Koraput. Meanwhile, slight cold was witnessed in Daringbadi where the minimum temperature was 7.5 degree C.

The slight cold was also found in Similipal area of Mayurbhanj district today. Similarly, the mercury dropped at other stations including Balasore 10.5 degree C, Baripada 10.5 degree C, Hiarkud 10.4 degree C, Balangir 10.0 degree C and Malkangiri 10.2 degree C.
