‘Ramayana’ First Song ‘Jai Jai Ram’ To Release On Ganesh Chaturthi

The makers of Ramayana: Part 1, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash, have announced the release of the film’s first song. The musical journey of the much-awaited epic will begin on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

According to the makers, the ‘Siya Ram’ poster will be unveiled at 7:30 AM, followed by a glimpse of the first song, ‘Jai Jai Ram’.The track has music by Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman, lyrics by Kumar Vishwas, and vocals by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal.

The film features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. Ravi Dubey, Lara Dutta, Rakul Preet Singh and Kajal Aggarwal also feature in key roles. Ramayana: Part 1 is slated for a Diwali 2026 release, with the film scheduled to arrive internationally on November 6 and in India on November 8.
