New Lok Seva Bhavan likely to be constructed in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A new Lok Seva Bhavan likely to come up in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar. The Works Department Minister in a written reply has answered to the question put forth by Basta MLA Subasini Jena.

The Odisha Bridge and Construction Corporation Limited has been directed to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) master plan regarding the construction of the new building of Lok Seva Bhavan of Odisha.

This master plan will then be sent for the approval of the Government after which the cost estimation will be done. The estimated cost of the new building will then be sent for the nod of the Government of Odisha.

The current bhavan is 68 years old and the government is considering constructing a new building as there is severe problem of parking.
