Karishma Tanna, husband Varun Bangera welcome baby boy

Mumbai: Actor Karishma Tanna and her husband, businessman Varun Bangera, have welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima on July 29.

They shared the happy  news with fans on Wednesday through a heartfelt social media post. Announcing the arrival of their son, they wrote, “It’s a boy! Karishma and Varun. Our greatest blessing. 29th July 2026 (sic).”

In the caption, they added, “Born on the sacred day of Guru Purnima. Our greatest blessing is here. 29th July 2026. Welcome to our world, little one (sic).”

Actors including Sonu Sood, Khushi Kapoor, Jasmin Bhasin, Sonal Chauhan, Anita Hassanandani, Harleen Sethi, Richa Chadha and Neha Dhupia congratulated the new parents in the comments section.

Karishma Tanna announced her pregnancy in April with a series of pictures from a maternity photoshoot. The couple wore matching ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’ caps and captioned the post, “A little miracle, our greatest gift – August 2026 (sic).” The announcement received warm wishes from fans and members of the entertainment industry.
