Artha Tatwa Head Pradeep Sethi Attempts Suicide in Jail

(Adarsh Rout) Bhubaneswar:  Artha Tatwa chit fund scam prime accused Pradeep Sethi, who is currently grilled at Jharpada special jail in the capital, commited suicide attempt  inside the jail this morning.

Accoding to sources, Sethi went to use the toilet of the prison and tried to end his life by strangulating himself with the wire of an inverter battery. Later, the jail staff rescued him after broke opening the lavatory door.

After that, he was sent to SCB Medical College and Hospital here for a further treatment. This is the third time that the grilled accused attempted suicide following his arrest.
