1547 New Corona Infections Detected in Odisha

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau):  A total 1547 new COVID-19 infections were detected in Odisha in last 24 hours . With this, the state’s total caseload rose to 2,88,646.

Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 891 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 656 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.

Khordha recorded highest 159 fresh cases followed by Cuttack (98)  and Angul (95). Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 15,247 and recovered cases at 2,72,038.
