Brown Sugar Seized in Balasore, Man Arrested

Reporters Today, Balasore: The Jaleswar police today seized brown sugar worth around Rs 5 lakh and detained a person in this row. The arrested accused has been identified as a resident of the Jaleswar.

In a well planned operation, a police team of Jaleswar raided a place at Sheikhbad early this morning and seized the brown sugar from the possession of the accused.

Previously, the Excise Department had seized brown sugar worth Rs 35 lakh and arrested a person in Jaleswar in October, last year.
