BJD leaders visit ailing Prafulla Samal, Chandrasarathi Behera’s mother in hospital

Bhubaneswar: A delegation from the BJD led by Sujata Rout visited former minister Prafulla Samal, currently under treatment in a private hospital in the capital,

He also called on former minister Chandrasarathi Behera’s sick mother.

Sujata met both the patients and their respective family members and doctors at the hospital and gathered details about their health.

Bhubaneswar Mayor Sulochana Das and Bhubaneswar North MLA Susanta Rout were also part of the team that visited the hospitals.

This comes after another BJD team had visited Prafulla Samal at the hospital earlier and held talks with the doctors regarding his treatment and facilities provided.

Delegation also paid a visit to former minister Chandrasarathi Behera’s mother admitted in a private hospital.

The BJD delegation included Senior Vice-President Debi Prasad Mishra, Pramila Mallik, Vice-President Sanjay Dasburma, Rajya Sabha MP Subhashish Khuntia, Chandbali MLA Byomakesh Ray, Bhandaripokhari MLA Sanjib Mallick, and Puri District President Umakanta Samantaray, among others.
