Young YouTuber Stabbed to Death in Bhubaneswar’s Rasulgarh; Three Arrested

Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident that has shaken the city, a young YouTuber was brutally stabbed to death by three assailants at GGP Colony in Rasulgarh on Saturday night. Police have arrested all three accused based on CCTV footage from the area.

The deceased has been identified as Rahul Maharana. According to reports, Rahul was sitting with a friend on the premises of a local school ground when three youths arrived on a motorcycle. The accused allegedly attacked him with a knife before fleeing the spot.

Rahul was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared him dead shortly after admission due to the severity of his injuries.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Jagmohan Meena confirmed the arrests and stated that the weapon used in the crime has been seized. He said preliminary investigation points towards a financial dispute as a possible motive, though the exact reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained.

Rahul, who had recently married, was known in his locality for creating YouTube content and had built a following within the community. The incident has sparked outrage among residents, with many demanding strict action against the accused.

Police have intensified the investigation to uncover further details surrounding the murder.
